Mosque Proposal's First Hearing, National Night Out This Week
Monday is last day to contribute books to annual AAUW used book sale, to be held later in the week.
Tuesday is going to be a busy night in this area. National Night Out, a nationwide initiative that on a local level mixes local police with their community members, is scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. that night in Ridge High School. The Bernards Township Regional Chamber of Commerce also will be on hand to offer activities, information and other services. Update: A movie initially planned for after the event has been canceled. The food, information and entertainment at the Bernards event is free, as is Bernardsville's version of National Night Out. The Bernardsville event starts at 6 p.m. at the Bernardsville Pool off Seney Drive.
