My friends and family thought I was crazy! As a communications major working in a cubicle for a major media firm, what did I know about human anatomy and functionality? Well that was just it. I was tired of sitting around waiting for others to do their job so I could do mine. So I picked myself up, quit my job and decided to do something that would make a difference and something for which I could be proud.Remembering how fulfilled I felt in college when I worked as a massage therapist for a chiropractor, I decided that I belonged in the wellness profession helping others to feel better.Wanting to take my massage training to the next level I enrolled in Life University and began my training to become a chiropractor. I found that learning about chiropractic was not enough; I wanted to be able to experience chiropractic and share what I discovered. I then became a board member with a non-profit organization that took students to third world countries in order to spread chiropractic.I have since taken several trips to El Salvador where I was able to fine-tune my abilities. This experience enabled me to competently handle a variety of musculoskeletal complaints from back pain, headaches, and extremity pains. I am also grateful for the opportunity to spread the word of chiropractic care to those who have been neglected by the health care systemI believe in chiropractic and that the power that makes the body can heal the body.Thanks for visiting my site.
