Tara Lazar, Neighbor

Hello neighbor! I am a children's book author with Simon & Schuster and Random House. My debut picture book, THE MONSTORE, will be released with S&S's Aladdin imprint in June 2013. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A BEAR BOOK will follow in 2014, and LITTLE RED GLIDING HOOD is a Random House release slated for Fall 2014. 

In other news, I'm a wife and a mother of two young girls. I enjoy cooking, baking, creating jewelry and going on adventures. I am handicapped due to MS, but it hasn't stopped me from doing what I always wanted to do in life, and that is become a published author.

I am available to do book signings, storytimes and inspirational talks around our area beginning the summer of 2013.
