Fire department, boys basketball squad holding events this week.

This week, you can take part in a rock n' roll event and play some hoops, all while helping to raise funds for Basking Ridge organizations.

Wednesday-A program called "Extinction is Forever" will be held for children ages 4 to 6. The program is about the animals that were on this earth that are now gone. It will be held at 4 p.m. at the , and advanced payment is required, so make sure to check the event listing soon.

Thursday-The Bernards Township Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the

Friday-The United Methodist Women of Bishop Janes will hold their annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at . They will also be holding it on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday-Come out for a night of music and dancing with some friends, light food, and refreshments to benefit the is holding. They are calling it a night of rock n' roll, and music will be provided by the band The Tattered Prophets.

Sunday-A 3-on-3 boys basketball tournament will be held as a fundraiser to benefit the Ridge boys basketball program. The event will be held in the gymnasium.
