Photos: Scenes From Bernards Memorial Day Parade

The Liberty Corner Fire Co. hosted this year's Memorial Day parade in honor of our country's fallen veterans.

But the day also attracted hundreds of the township's young people, who marched with the Girl and Boy Scouts from multiple troops, and also the younger Daisies and Cub Scout packs.

This year, for the first time, the Little League players from around the township joined the parade. The planned Little League parade had been rained out last month.

Officials and veterans spoke of the many service people who are serving the nation even today, and also talked about the history of Memorial Day.
