Tenor Impresses with Opera Performance
Somerset County's free concert series continues with packed performance by American opera tenor Michael Amante at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater.
Fpr those who haven't yet been to see one of the Somerset County Park Commission's Summer Concert Series shows, Sunday's performance by American tenor Michael Amante proved that it's worth heading over to to enjoy free, quality music before it's too late.
Concertgoers were treated to an evening of operatic pieces and contemporary songs, as presented by Amante and accompaniment. More information about Amante is on his website.
Next up is C.J. Chenier & The Red Hot Louisiana Band at 7 p.m. July 31. The Sunday series continues through an Aug. 28 performance by the well-known band, New Riders of the Purple Sage.
