Taste the wines of Frei Brothers at Basking Ridge Country Club with a 5-course meal by Chef Ken Raymond.The menu includes:
First Course:
Tuna Tartar - Sesame Tuna, Three Tobikos, Seaweed Salad,
Cucumber Salad, Rice Crackers and Brioche Toast
Paired Wine - 2010 Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course:
Lobster Mac and Cheese

Third Course:
