Joseph Abdo reported dead; his wife hospitalized after house fire.
According to SILive.com, a former Basking Ridge man was killed and his wife injured during an early-morning fire Friday at their home in Staten Island, N.Y. Joseph Abdo, 68, who was disabled, reportedly died in the fire in the Castleton Corners section of Staten Island. His wife, 64-year-old Margaret Abdo, reportedly was hospitalized after leaping from a window on the second floor of the burning building. For SILive.com's full story, click here.
