A public meeting of the Somerset Circulation Plan will be held on the third-floor freeholders' meeting room of the Somerset County Administration Building at 7 pm. Discussion will include the "Making Connections" plan of Somerset County's investments in all aspects of transportation, including roadway improvements, mass transit and freight movement. Comments from the public on how they want to see people and goods move in Somerset County now and in the future are welcomed.
