Last Board Meeting of School Year Set For 7 p.m. on Monday

Contracts with two administrators could be approved, donations to be accepted from PTOs.

The final Board of Education meeting of the 2010-11 school year is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the Board of Education office at 101 Peachtree Road.

Updated employment agreements for the assistant superintendent, Regina Rudolph, and School Business Administrator Nick Markarian are scheduled to be acted upon following a public hearing on those contracts.

The acceptance of donations from Oak Street and Cedar Hill elementary school PTOs also are on the agenda.

The public recognition of the award-winning 2010 Ridge Forensics Team is scheduled near the beginning of the meeting.

Near the end, following a recommendation from the board's facilities committee, the board will vote on whether to renew Aramark Corp.'s contract for the 2011-12 school year.
