Open Houses Include Darren Drive Home for $899K
Selection of many Colonials from under $500K to almost $3M among open houses lined up for Sunday.
This week's selection of open houses scheduled for sunday, while still having something in many categories, includes a large number of Colonial-style homes in a variety of ages and price ranges. Overall, there are fewer homes open for touring this weekend than the busy spring market
Paul Stillwaggon, of New Jersey Estates, Real Estate Group for Weichert Realtors in Watchung, asked if the diminishing inventory of homes on the market is a sign of a real estate recovery. He said some major markets even are shifting back to being a seller's market.
