Skin Cancer Awareness: Safe Fun in the Sun

 Residents are invited to participate in the second annual Skin Cancer Awareness Month kick off on the steps of the Historic County Courthouse at 12 pm. Guest speakers will include Dr. Elizabeth Quigley, Memorial Sloane-Kettering Basking Ridge Dermatology Service; Eunice Jadlocki, executive director at The Wellness Community of Central New Jersey; and a melanoma survivor.  Educational information, giveaways and information about free skin cancer screening will be available at a display table.   Somerset County Freeholder Peter S. Palmer and representatives from the Somerset County Cancer Coalition (SCCC) and The Wellness Community of Central New Jersey will be present.
